Denver, CO – November 12, 2013

Catalyst Solutions will be speaking at the AHIP Operations and Technology Forum which takes place in Chicago, IL from November 18th – 20th, 2013. The annual fall meeting focuses on operational and technical issues, opportunities, and challenges facing health plans in the new evolving marketplace. EVP of Consulting, Brian Damiani, will be conducting the session “Bridging the Gap Between Business and IT” on Nov. 19th at 3:50pm EDT. In this presentation, Brian will outline a strategy for how IT can shift the paradigm from being perceived as a cost center and disabler of progress to a business innovator. This session is dedicated to breaking down the delineation between the business and IT and proactively identifying areas of opportunity for IT to provide solutions to problems that the business may not have recognized yet. Ultimately, through close alignment with the business, IT will become a true strategic partner and poised to best serve the real customer, the member.
