Founder Shares Personal Success Story and Challenges Along the Way

Catalyst Solutions’ Founder and CEO Rachel Hennig shared her personal journey along the path to success, including overcoming significant barriers, during a CEO panelist discussion at the #C3 Summit in Denver last week, attended by over 170 executives. Hennig fielded questions on how success comes in times of adversity and recanted challenges and opportunities along the way.

As an entrepreneur, Hennig founded Catalyst Solutions at age 20 and went on to win numerous awards including Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the Small Business Association as well as yearly recognition from INC Magazine and Colorado Biz Magazine.

Hennig shared how the tough times in her personal and professional life made her better prepared for success. “Over the past 17 years, I’ve learned more from the losses than the wins” Hennig remarked.

The #C3 Summit is an annual executive summit attended by 150 to 200 executives as part of the CoBiz C-Suite Collaborative (C3), an exclusive peer group created by Colorado Business Bank for C-level executives to network, share best practices, grow their businesses and become a resource to their peers.
