Principal and Vice President, Solutions - Will act as a trusted adviser to Catalyst clients, leveraging their industry knowledge to uncover challenges at clients/prospects and provide solutions that lead to consulting engagements that help clients achieve business strategies, operational effectiveness, and best practices. The role will also be responsible for project oversight/governance, collaboration of Catalyst Practice Leads, Advisory Consultants, and other functions within Catalyst and growth of current/former client relationships to cultivate new business. The individual will be a successful relationship builder, credible adviser, team leader, and creative problem solver.
Advisor - Delivers strategy and/or high-level execution for Catalyst client projects. Prior experience delivering large scale projects with either health plan operations or technology focus a must.
Sr. Consultant - Health plan operations or technology focused consultants delivering on client projects. Previous experience with health plans is required.
Engagement Manager - Ensures client and consultant satisfaction on engaged projects and possesses strategic awareness to expand our footprint at current clients and identify opportunities at prospect sites. Mastery of consulting services and delivery lifecycle from solution approach through successful solution delivery within triple constraint.
Client Solutions Executive - Will be responsible for cultivating business relationships with healthcare companies. They will oversee maintenance for current client relationships as well as prospecting and cultivation of new business in assigned territory. With our unique company model, this person will partner with a Catalyst Principal Advisor who are Subject Matter Experts in our key practice areas. They will then be responsible for effectively following and managing the entire length of the Solution Selling sales cycle.
