Anant Kabra serves as Chief Transformation Officer at Catalyst Solutions, leading enterprise-wide initiatives to advance innovation, operational efficiency, and organizational performance. He oversees Human Resources, Information Technology, and Finance while partnering with operational leaders to drive transformation across the organization. His focus is on making Catalyst an AI-native organization by embedding AI into everyday workflows, empowering teams, and creating smarter, more efficient ways of working.

Anant joined Catalyst in 2025 as Vice President, Consulting Solutions, where he helped initiate the company's AI transformation strategy and led its pricing function. Prior to Catalyst, he served as the founding technology leader at DiRx, a direct-to-consumer pharmacy, where he built the technology infrastructure that supported the company's growth to more than $30 million in annual revenue.

Earlier in his career, Anant served as Vice President, Financial Reporting and Pricing at Serco Global Services, leading pricing strategy and financial modeling across the Americas. He also held IT leadership roles at Cosette and Rising Pharmaceuticals, building a strong foundation in technology, financial management, and business transformation.

Anant holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from RIT.
